We get it

Birth shouldn't feel like a mystery.

You've read the blogs, searched online, and heard the stories. Now you have more questions than answers.

  • What happens first?
  • When do we go to the hospital?
  • How can my partner help?
  • How can I be prepared?

You don't need more noise. You need a clear plan you've practiced.

Questions

Your questions, answered.

What will I learn in Childbirth Prep?

You'll learn exactly what to expect at every step: deciding when to go to the hospital, each moment once you're there, and your first days at home. We also cover the stages of labor, breathing and comfort techniques, positions, and your medical options. Your support person learns how to help at each stage.

What will I learn in Baby 101?

Baby 101 is a deep dive into the first few weeks after your baby arrives. It expands on the newborn topics Childbirth Prep touches on: your hospital stay after birth, feeding, diapering, sleep, and caring for your baby at home.

When should I take a class?

Most families take it between [28 and 36] weeks. Classes fill up fast, so book early to ensure there's a seat for you.

Who can come with me?

Your fee covers you and one support person: a partner, friend, or family member. They'll learn how to help with comfort, decisions, and the first days home.

Is this only for unmedicated births?

No. We cover all options, including epidurals and C-sections. You'll get clear information about your labor choices so you can pick what's right for you.

What's the difference between the 2-Day Series and Express?

Same content, same total time. The series is two weeknights. Express is one Saturday.

Do I need Baby 101 too?

Childbirth Prep gets you ready for labor and touches on newborn care. Baby 101 goes deeper on the first few weeks home. Many families take both to feel most prepared.

Where are classes held?

In person at Sky Ridge Medical Center in Lone Tree. You're welcome no matter where you plan to deliver.

What if I need to cancel?

We understand plans change. You can get a full refund within 72 hours of booking, or a partial refund up to 2 weeks before your class.
